Who am I?

I am Tibor Dienes a fan of Albania, who knows the Albanian people, speaks their language, has there some friends and contacts - a very important thing there. I used to organize and guide tourist groups to Albania from Hungary. Moreover I lived in Tirana few months in 1995 to learn the language and I think I have learnt the country too. The nature is there original. The Alpet - Albanian Alps -, the high mountains without damages from the civilisation, the Adria-coast with ancient pinewoods and huge lagunes, the Albanian Riviera is like the French one, clearwater lakes in West Albania and the large and unknown stalactite caves are waiting for their explorers. No problem, if you are rather interested in meeting people or knowing new culture. Albania is a real Balkan - in the good sense! - country, where exist Muslim, Orthodox and Catholic cultures in peace, where in the little villages in the mountains exists yet the institution of the Council the Elders. You can find there beautiful cities with authentic Albanian buildings too. You must visit this country, where you can explore the past of Europe and the real Balkans too!
